Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the settlement work of construction projects, including cost accounting in all aspects
- Coordinate settlement matters with suppliers and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely payment and collection
- Review and verify settlement documents to ensure compliance with contract agreements
- Collaborate with the project team, provide analysis and recommendations, and support project decisions
About you
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years or more of settlement management or related work experience in the field of construction engineering, with project work experience
- Proficient in using Glodon quantity surveying software for settlement work
- Familiar with and knowledgeable about local calculation rules (SMM2)
- Proficient in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
