Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.

Identify potential cost savings and provide recommendations to management

Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and pricing schedules.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Conduct commercial comparisons and prepare tender evaluation reports.

Assist in negotiation of subcontractor and supplier prices and terms.

Prepare recommendations for subcontractor and supplier appointments.

Carry out measurement and verification of completed works.

Prepare interim payment applications and progress claims.

Evaluate subcontractor payment claims and certify payments based on work progress.

Prepare final accounts and ensure all quantities and costs are properly reconciled
