Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for interior fit-out works and design & build projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, site measurements, cost analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Support tendering and procurement activities, including evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, track variations, and prepare progress claims.
• Assist in contract administration, invoice verification, and final account preparation.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective cost control and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects and MEP works
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and interior finishes
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
