Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for fit-out projects
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and variances
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient project delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial aspects of the project
About you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of construction cost estimation, procurement, and contract management
- Proficient in the use of industry-standard cost management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize multiple tasks
