Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and cost-control activities for construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Manage variations, valuations and subcontractor claims.
- Support tendering and procurement activities.
- Monitor project costs and commercial performance.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 4+ years of construction QS experience.
- Knowledge of contracts, variations and cost control.
- Singapore project experience preferred.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
