About the role
A Quantity Surveyor role requiring expertise in contract and QS procedures, pricing, procurement, budgeting, estimation, and contract administration.
Key responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing
- Execute procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities and variation orders
- Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for VOs attachment
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior
About you
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent
- 05 years of relevant working experience in QS
- Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
