Quantity Surveyor

KMSB is a G7 construction and project management company, part of the IDC Global Holdings group, the people behind CODE+, our own graphene-based green building materials. We're scaling up right now, which is why we're hiring.

Based at our Glenmarie, Shah Alam office. You'll get exposure to active sites as you learn, right now that's mostly our Sedenak, Johor site, but this is a learning-focused role, not one where you're expected to run site verification alone yet.

What you'll do:

• Quantity take-off and measurement support under guidance.
• Help prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Assist with measurement and rate build-up.
• Support progressive claims and cost tracking work prepared by others.
• Site measurement verification alongside a colleague, as you build confidence.
• Learn how cost plans, budgets, and contracts actually work in practice, not just in theory.

What we're looking for:

• Genuinely keen to build a career in quantity surveying, fresh graduates and early-career candidates welcome.
• Comfortable being taught, corrected, and checked, this is a role to grow into, not one where you're expected to already know it all.
• Reliable, organised, and honest when you don't know something, that matters more than pretending to.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Fresh graduates welcome.
