Job Description:

• Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and fellow QS professionals to negotiate, coordinate, and certify claims for payment.
• Prepare and submit progressive claims, variation orders, and other contractual documentation in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, while managing sub-contract administration including correspondence and dispute resolution.
• Support the Project Director/Manager in all aspects of pre-contract, post-contract, and procurement administration.
• Handle SOI/MCI matters and ensure accurate submission of variation orders.
• Source, review, and negotiate quotations to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and exercise cost control, including preparing monthly financial reports and presentations.
• Apply expertise in ELV & Security Systems (PA, CCTV, Card Access, ISMS, Fire Alarm System, Structured Cabling, IBMS, BMS etc.).
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and progress.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related electronics or mechanical fields.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of PSSCOC standard forms of contract.

• Meticulous, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with initiative.
