Handling and monitoring monthly progress
· Assessing and evaluate sub-contractor/ supplier payments
· Assessing variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses
· Measurement, taking off quantities for pre-tender and post-contract stage
· Liaising with site and assist in material procurement and material schedule control
· Liaising with consultant, main contractor coordination meetings when necessary
· To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
