What they need
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Obtaining quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Keeps track of the of progress claims, variation orders and final accounts
- Evaluation and certification of subcontractors’ progress claims, variation orders and final account
- Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims
- Liaise with Client and Consultants on all contractual issues
- Handle other assigned duties or related job as required
- At least 2 years of working experience Singapore
- Preferably have local construction experiences
