Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

• Full-time on-site position. Minimum 5 years’ relevant quantity surveying experience within the last 10 years, including:

  1. At least 2 years’ experience as Main Contractor QS on Government construction contracts;
  2. At least 2 years’ experience working with NEC contracts; OR hold NEC4 Project Manager/Supervisor certification; OR completed no less than 4 days’ accredited course recognised by local / international construction professional bodies and registered with the institution.

• Hold a recognised university degree in Quantity Surveying.

• Corporate Member of HKIS (Quantity Surveying Division), RICS or equivalent professional membership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and submit cost forecast, progress prices and total contract prices reports;
• Handle interim payment applications;
• Assist with tendering for sub-contract works;
• Prepare and submit quotations for Project Manager’s instructions and compensation events.
