Job Description:

1. Involving in Pre-Contract Tender Submission including measurements & cost analysis.
2. Involving in Post-Contract administration including cost analysis & budget controlling, sub-contracts awarding, preparation of progress claim / certificates.
3. Involving in scheduled progress meeting, coordination meeting etc.
4. Assisting Senior in all aspect of Pre/Post Contract Administration.
5. To perform any other tasks outlined by Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible, self-motivated and independent.
2. Strong attention to details and problem solving abilities.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skill.
4. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Construction or any other relevant qualifications.
5. Skilled in software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto-Cad, Cubic Cost and etc.
6. Accurate in measurement / taking off.
7. Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in building / construction or any other relevant fields. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
