What they need
Job Scope: -
- To assist the Contract Manager or Project Team on the projects' paper works, filing, documentations, etc.
- To do taking-off and measurements for construction projects.
- To request for quotations from suppliers / sub-cons.
- To analyze costing and summarize cost comparisons.
- To award sub-contracts.
- To work on monthly progress claims, VOs, final accounts, etc.
- Other tasks assign by the Superior / the Management.
Requirement: -
- Able to work independently.
- Able to speak, communicate and write in English and Malay.
- Own valid driving license and transport, able to travel.
- Dedicated and hardworking.
- At least 3 years related working experience, preferably as a main contractor QS.
