• Managing project costs from tender through to final account
• Preparing and reviewing subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
• Contract administration and variation management
• Cost forecasting, reporting and budgeting
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

What we're looking for

• Quantity Surveying experience within New Zealand commercial construction
• Strong understanding of NZ construction contracts and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• High attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Either currently based in Queenstown or actively committed to relocating
