Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and detailed budgets for construction and fit-out projects.
• Tendering & Procurement: Issue tenders, analyze bids, and recommend contractors or suppliers.
• Contract Management: Draft and review contracts, track variations, and manage progress payments.
• Cost Control: Monitor site expenditures, verify invoices, and ensure costs remain within budget.
• Valuation & Reporting: Prepare monthly valuation reports, cash-flow forecasts, and final accounts.
• Site Coordination: Work with project managers, engineers, and procurement to resolve cost or scope changes promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure all estimates and contracts comply with local regulations and company procedures.

About you

• Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3 years' experience in construction or property projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management
• Proficient in MS Excel and project software (Autocad is a plus)
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English a plus
• Willing to work on-site in Bali
