Key responsibilities
- Measurement of works, cost control and final account settlement
- Evaluate and process Sub-Contractor payments, daywork and variation records
- Prepare tender pricing documents and interim payment applications
About you
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates and less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant QS
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
