Job Description

Creatabar is looking for a Quantity Surveyor Cum Draftsman with good technical knowledge and practical understanding of commercial interior projects. The role involves site measurements, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, costing support and preparation of detailed technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and take accurate site measurements
• Prepare BOQs and detailed quantity take-offs
• Prepare AutoCAD working drawings and detailed drawings
• Prepare material quantity and cost estimates
• Verify quantities based on drawings and actual site conditions
• Assist with project costing and cost control
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, estimation and project teams
• Update drawings based on site conditions and approved changes
• Maintain measurement sheets, BOQs and related project documentation

Qualification

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Required Skills

AutoCAD, site measurement, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, interior detailing and basic costing knowledge.

Preference: Candidates with experience in commercial interiors / interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
