What they need
Job Descriptions:
Prepare monthly claims and variation orders
Prepare cost estimates and BOQ for tenders
Evaluate subcontractor quotations
Conduct site measurement and update cost tracking
Coordinate with site team for material reconciliation
Support procurement and subcontractor management
Job Requirements:
- Responsible, Self motivated and independent.
- Possess Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/ Building Construction or any other relevant qualifications.
- At least 1 year experience in construction or relevant field.
- Familiar with Autocad, Microsoft Office
- Accurate in measurement/taking off.
- Understands basic QS workflow
