QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:
To prepare tenders for submission
To prepare cost estimates and quotations
To prepare cost comparison for evaluation
To process and certify sub-contractors progress claim
To maintain project costing and prepare projects final accounts

Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
At least 3-5 years working experience preferably in interior renovation works
Able to prepare Bills of Quantity
Able to prepare progress claims and post contract works
Must be self-motivated and have proactive approach
Able to liaise with consultant QS and sub-contractors
Have good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferably specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
