Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost estimation, tendering, and procurement for MEP works on a new data centre project.
• Prepare interim payment applications, variation orders, and final account settlements.
• Measure quantities from construction drawings, BIM models, and on-site records.
• Monitor site progress, track material/plant costs, and update budget control sheets.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the main contractor on commercial and contractual matters.
• Support the senior QS in contract administration, claims, and EOT documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant QS experience; exposure to MEP or data centre projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract used in Hong Kong (e.g., NEC, GCC) is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
• Good command of both English and Cantonese; strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, and willing to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment.
