Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and cost control from tender through to final account.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and payments with clients and sub-contractors.
• Protect project margin and cash flow, and report commercial performance to management.
• Coordinate closely with project teams and the client side to resolve commercial and contractual issues.

Job Requirements

• Solid experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on corporate office fitting-out projects.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively within the construction industry, including with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness — this is essential.

• Positive mindset with strong team spirit and a proactive attitude.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

• Proficient in common PC applications, particularly Excel and MS Project, and comfortable using software and AI tools to support quantity surveying and cost analysis tasks.
