- S1 Teknik Sipil
- Min. 3 tahun sebagai QS/Estimator pada proyek rumah tinggal.
- Mahir dalam menyusun RAB dan analsiis harga proyek rumah mewah.
- Mampu melakukan Quantity Take Off dan perhitungan volume pekerjaan secara akurat.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel, Autocad dan Sketchup.
- Pengalaman dalam proses tender, evaluasi penawaran, addendum, dan cost control menjadi nilai tambah.
- Jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu.
- Mempunyai skill Komunikasi, Koordinasi dan detail oriented yang baik.
