What they need
About the role
Quantity Surveyor role in building, civil & structure, and maintenance projects. You will prepare and review tender documents, cost estimates, bill of quantities and procurement, evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments, monitor project cost, budget and variation orders, liaise with clients, consultants and project teams, and prepare final accounts and project reports.

About you
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying and related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction industry
- Strong understanding of contracts (e.g. PAM, CIDB, JKR)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good negotiation, communication & analytical skills
- Immediate availability for hiring
