Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll be involved across a variety of responsibilities including quantity surveying, estimating, supplier pricing, procurement support, and project cost management.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Preparing accurate estimates and costings for interior projects
• Reviewing plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Managing budgets, variations, and project cost tracking
• Assisting with procurement and supplier relationships
• Supporting project teams with commercial insights and reporting
• Working with drawings and project documentation (training available if required)
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives as the business continues to grow

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or a similar role in NZ
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Either Commercial or Residential Project experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
• Experience reading construction drawings
• Open to junior, intermediate, or developing professionals looking to take the next step in their career
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline in NZ
