What they need
Responsibilities
- Project Payment Handling - Metalworks Projects (Site Hoarding & Gates, Noise Barriers, Covered Walkways)
- Preparation of monthly progress claims and liaising with client
- Review progress reports prepared by engineers for preparation of billing claims
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or Degree in Construction or related disciplines
- Experience in Metalworks a strong advantage
- Experience in Government Projects (e.g. LTA, MRT) a strong advantage
- Minimum 3 Years related working experience in Singapore
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
