• At least 2 years experiences.

1. Checking and verify Q.S. works before submission for approval.
2. Site verification with all consultants.
3. Preparation of variation order.
4. Taking off quantities for material order.
5. Liaise with developers & consultant.
6. Control of building material.
7. Negotiation of tender price / sub-con price / supplier price.
8. Checking & confirmation of variation order (V.O.) such as price.
