QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational background Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor especially in consulting company.
• Have experience in hospitality projects like hotel, resort, mall, apartment, etc.
• Able to prepare Bill of Quantities and RAB (Budget Variation).
• Able to create budget forecasting and execution control.
• Proficient in project material specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and structural drawings.
• Willing to travel for work or be assigned at Bandung and Bali.
