- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction project experience.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Willingness to multi-task and undertake responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle pre-contract to post-contract tender processes.
- Prepare the bill of quantities, tender, project budget, and cost estimates.
- Monitor and plan tenders.
- Control construction costs and administer variations.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Perform material estimation and site measurements.
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
