What they need
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our project team, handling cost estimation and project budgeting matters.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Candidates with civil engineering / construction site experience will be prioritized
- Knowledge of BIM modeling is an added advantage and will be prioritized
- Have at least 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
Responsibility
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for construction projects
- Measure and value work done on-site for progress claims and payments
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on costing matters
- Monitor project costs and budget to ensure cost control throughout the project
- Assist in preparing variation orders and final account
- Support BIM modeling work where applicable
