Quantity Surveyor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Negotiate with subcontractors to secure favorable term and conditions.
• Draft and review subcontractor agreement to ensure clarity,accuracy,and compliance.
• Manage subcontractor claims,disputes,andvariations effectively.
• Monitor subcontract performance against contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with project managers,Engineers,and legal team to ensure subcontractor deliverables are aligned with project goals.
• Support effective cost management and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUITMENTS

• Degree in quantity surveying or a related discipline.
• Minium 2 years experience in quantity surverying.
• Proven track record in subcontractor management and negatiation.
• Excellent negotiation ,communicatruction and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts,claim,variations and commercial management.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a project team.
