- Civil Engineering Graduate.
- With at least 2 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Proficient in using Quantity Surveying software and tools
- Has the ability to accurately estimate costs for construction projects
- Familiar with various estimating methods, including unit rate, elemental and cost per unit of measurement
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Familiarity with different types of contracts such as lump sum, cost-plus, and design-build contracts.
