Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

✅ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior QS positions)
✅ Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, and cost estimation
✅ Able to prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), quotations, and project cost estimates
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (experience with QS software is an advantage)
✅ Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
✅ Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claims, subcontractor claims, and payment certificates.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective cost control throughout the project.
• Maintain proper project documentation and cost records.
