Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team.

I. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Monitor project costs, material quantities, and actual site consumption
• Prepare project costing, variations, and progress billings
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate with the Engineering, Construction, and Procurement teams
• Assist in budget monitoring and cost control throughout the project
• Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct site measurements and verify actual quantities
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project costs

II. Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Experience in construction estimating and quantity surveying is preferred
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs
• Proficient in Excel and quantity take-off/estimating software
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with project teams
