What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities from drawings, and monitor progress against estimates.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, estimation, and billing engineering works.
- Review contractor claims, verify rates with consultants & clients, and prepare detailed BOQs.
- Monitor project costs by preparing monthly bill status checks on contractors' claims.
- Provide regular cost reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (B.Tech / B.E. Civil).
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, quantity analysis, rate analysis, and rate estimation.
- Proficiency in using software like AutoCAD or similar tools for drafting drawings.
- Preferable work experience in Highways.
