- Prepare & submit interim payment claims to JKR.
- Measurement of works in accordance with BQ & drawings.
- Maintain financial records & project cost monitoring.
- Assist in preparation of final account.
- Liaise with Site Team & JKR on measurement matters.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets & progress claims.
- Handle measurement, taking-off, & Variation Orders (VO).
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Prepare cost and financial reports.
- CPM / Microsoft Project knowledge is mandatory
