What they need
SCOPE OF WORK
●The candidate will prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents.
●The candidate will administer contracts, valuations and variation orders.
●The candidate will carry out site measurements and process progress claims.
●The candidate will liaise regularly with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
REQUIREMENTS
●Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or an equivalent field.
●The candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
●The candidate should be familiar with tender management or standard forms of contracts.
●The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and experience with quantity surveying software is an advantage.
