What they need
About the role
Responsible for all QS operation including take off quantity, BQ preparation, sourcing for quotation and analyze, compare and evaluate material cost. Prepare monthly site valuation report and work progress report. Coordinate with contractor and site personnel. Prepare the sub-contractor's monthly claims for manager approval. Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims.

About you
- Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering Civil or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in construction field
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and diligently
