Quantity Surveyor

About the role

This role involves preparing tender documents, tender analysis, contractual claims and dispute resolution, while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to establish cost objectives and monitor progress.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, tender analysis, contractual claims and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish cost objectives and monitor progress
• Prepare and present cost reports, including variance analysis and cost projections
• Assist in projects including sub-letting, contract administration, project budgeting and cost control
• Assist in preparing assessments of subcontractor contract payments and quotations
• Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks

About you

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Knowledge on QS practice and contract administration
• Preferably with 5 years or above of relevant experience in building / Curtain wall works
• Well-organized with good communication skills and good initiative
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Member of HKIS/RICS or equivalent would be an advantage
• Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
