What they need
- Min. S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau Manajemen Konstruksi.
- Pengalaman minimal 2-5 tahun sebagai Quantity Surveyor di perusahaan KONTRAKTOR.
- Pernah menyelesaikan minimal 3-4 project
- Memiliki rekam jejak menangani proyek High-Rise Building / Villa Mewah / Proyek Komersial].
- Ahli dalam penyusunan RAB, analisis harga satuan, dan value engineering.
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang berbagai bentuk administrasi kontrak
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan analisis yang bagus
- Sangat teliti (detail-oriented), proaktif, dan memiliki integritas tinggi.
- Mahir mengoperasikan MS Excel (Level Advance).
- Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan (deadline)
- Penempatan bekerja di daerah Canggu
