Quantity Surveyor

1. Work closely with the QS manager on tenders and projects.

2. Liaising with site in-charge for progress of work done on site.

3. Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims at regular intervals of the project.

4. Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract.

5. Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts.

6. Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.

7. Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in QS / Building / equivalent.

• Good communication skill both oral and written in English.

• Experience and knowledge in steelwork and metalwork is preferred.

• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in construction industry.
