Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilitiesl  Review tender and contract documents, including taking-off quantities.
l  Prepare tender cost based on tender drawings, including estimation of materials and labor costs.
l  Responsible for evaluation and preparation of variation submission.
l  Monitor the project progress for interim payment and assist in the valuation of variations.
l  Liaise with project team for contractual issues such as reviewing and drafting correspondences, dispute resolution, etc.
l  Assist in the settlement of final accounts.

Requirementsl  Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction preferably with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification.
l  Able to work under tight schedule and pressure.
l  Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
l  Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, Project, PowerPoint etc.)
l  Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
