With strong growth, they’re looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who wants to keep building their skills or take the next step toward a Senior QS position.
 
About the Role
You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes. 

This role will suit someone who is confident in their QS foundations and ready to take more ownership, lead elements of projects, and grow their commercial capability. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, schedules of quantities, and proposals from plans and specifications
• Review and manage contract conditions, variations, and cost control
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Use internal systems and product configurators to generate accurate quotes
• Support back-costing, progress claims, and commercial reporting
• Promote safe work practices and contribute to a positive safety culture

About You

• Relevant NZ qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar (preferred), or relevant industry experience
• 3 - 7+ years working across commercial or construction projects
• Have strong contract management experience
• Solid understanding of construction documentation, BOQs, and project scopes
• Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator who works well in a team environment
