Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties

Assist in tendering documents administration, tender review and pricing, measurement of works, valuation of variation

Assist in certifying subcontractors’ interim payment and final accounts.

Assist in the preparation of completion job cost/income forecast

Assist in the settlement of final accounts for both the main contract and sub contract

Attend site inspections, site meetings and tender interviews

Liaise with contractors, specialist, suppliers and related parties

Assist in preparation of information and records for contractual claims and insurance claims

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent academic qualification in related disciplines

2-3 years relevant working experience

Having experience in tendering process from cost build-up, contractual review, preparing estimating and tender submission is a must

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese
