💰 Up to 3 Months’ Bonus Per Year

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost estimates, budgets, tender submissions, quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Prepare and monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Support contract administration, including documentation, claims and contractual matters.
• Prepare and track progress claims, subcontractor claims and payments.
• Identify and manage variation works, including quotations, cost breakdowns and variation registers.
• Assist with final accounts, project close-out and commercial reporting.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to support project and commercial matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience in ELV contracting, Building Management System (BMS), M&E, building services or construction projects is preferred.
