Quantity Surveyor

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 5 years or above of relevant working experience in main contractor(s) or/ and consultant firm(s)
• Proven experience in handling large scale residential / commercial projects
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
