QUANTITY SURVEYOR

About the role

An experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor role responsible for managing project costs throughout the entire construction process, from tendering to completion, while ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costs throughout the entire construction process, from tendering to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the required quality standards
• Prepare BOQ and conduct cost estimation and quantity take-offs
• Perform cost control activities
• Read and interpret construction drawings (Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings)
• Manage construction contracts and procurement processes
• Participate in tendering processes

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and cost control
• Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and tendering processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings are an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other quantity surveying software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Possession of an SKA/SKK certification as a Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is preferred
