Quantity Surveyor

We are a well-established and rapid growing aluminium façade fabricator specializing in high-rise and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years or above of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling tenders, progress claims, cost control, and contract administration. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost planning and timely claim submissions. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project tenders, cost estimations, and budgets
• Handle contract documentation, variation orders, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients on cost-related matters
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and ensure timely processing
• Monitor and report project costs to ensure alignment with budget

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / related field
• Strong knowledge of tender procedures, project claims, and cost control
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
