Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions:

• BQ calculations & taking off quantity from drawings.

-Responsible for site measurements.

• Prepare quotations / tenders submission based on the invitation from Clients / Main Contractors.

• Ensure that all quotations / tender documents comply with company standards and client requirements.

• Following up the certificate valuation from main contractors.

-Resolve any outstanding claim issues on variations orders and final accounts.

-To prepare monthly progress claim and monthly report.

-To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.

Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma in QS or equivalent.

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills.

-Computer literature.

-Able to work independently in handling site quantity surveying works and tendering works.

-Work Location: Mutiara Mas, Skudai.
