What they need
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for the client and subcontractor
- Attend site meetings and site valuations
- Carry out quantity measurement and manage project contract administration
- Prepare tender submissions, cost estimations, and built-up rates
- Co-ordination and liaison with the client, consultant and sub-contractor/supplier
- Assist the contract manager in preparing and monitoring the cost budget for the project
About you
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Good knowledge in cost estimation, claims, and certification
- Enthusiastic, diligent, and meticulous
