What they need
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in construction/property development
Able to prepare tender submission, quotation BQ, progress claims and variation orders.
Familiar with cost estimation, taking off and budgeting
Obtain quotations, liaise and negotiate with various suppliers & subcontractors.
Proficient in Excel and QS-related software.
